Snoring might seem a common nuisance, but it could be hinting at more serious health issues. Liu Zhihua reports on the dangers of sleep apnea.

Snoring is more than a problem that can lead to sleepless nights. It can also be a serious health condition, medical experts say.

Loud, disruptive snoring may be a sign of sleep apnea, which is life-threatening, says Ye Jingying, director of the Sleep Medicine Center with Beijing Tongren Hospital.
