Qingdao shines with horticultural expo

It was Qingdao's shimmering sunlight and sprawling coastline that grabbed the attention of international visitors when the city hosted the 2008 Olympics Regatta.

Six years later, the city of mountains and sea is again shining as it prepares to host the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition, which will open at the Baiguoshan Forest Park on April 25 and continue until the end of October.
