4,000 Taiwan's new daily quota for mainland visitors

Taiwan's travel authorities announced that starting April 16, the daily quota for mainland visitors to Taiwan will be raised from the current 3,000 to 4,000. From January to February this year, a total of 160,000 tourists from the mainland had visited Taiwan, with average daily tourist inflow for February hitting 2,964.
