The ceremony was organized by local fans of hanfu, the traditional Chinese costume, and followed typical ji li practices, which include making hair buns, attaching hairpins and paying tribute to Huangdi, the common ancestor of the Chinese.
Bilingual: South Africa's government will distribute colored and flavored condoms to students to end "condom fatigue", the country's health minister has said. Aaron Motsoaledi's comments came after a survey showed that condom usage had fallen in South Africa. The decline in usage may be because "the standard-issued choice condoms just aren't cool enough", he added.
