300,000 STUDENTS

China and the European Union will strive to increase the flow of students between the two sides to 300,000 a year by 2020, according to a policy paper issued by China on Wednesday defining its policy objectives toward the EU and its blueprint for comprehensive bilateral cooperation in the next five to 10 years. The paper is China's second on the EU, and follows the first issued in November 2003.
