Pair named after using stolen IDs

Officials say terrorism unlikely as search continues for missing Malaysian jetliner

Malaysian authorities and Interpol said on Tuesday that two Iranians used stolen European passports to board the Malaysia Airlines jet that vanished early on Saturday, but played down the likelihood of terrorism.

Malaysia's national police chief Khalid Abu Bakar said at a news conference that one of the men, a 19-year-old Iranian, is not likely to be a member of any terror group. "We believe he is trying to migrate to Germany."
