Faster tracks for justice

Court procedures will be quickened if the defendant enters a guilty plea and the facts of the case are not in dispute, according to the top court.
The Supreme People's Court is collecting feedback and opinions from lower courts that have adopted the fast-track approach.
The approach also involves prosecutors and police, the court said.
