How to get licensed to fly

The Civil Aviation Administration of China announced on Nov 26 that it further relaxed the requirements for private pilot's licenses in a move to boost the development of the general aviation industry and the country's pilot reserve.
According to the new regulation:
Applicants must be at least 17 years old and have an education of junior middle school and above.
