What's the biggest change you made to Hebei Normal University?

I have tried my best to improve the university in many fields. The major changes, I think, were to increase focus on research and programs. Officials in the department of managing research and programs used to play cards during work. But in 2012, we had more than 50 programs at the national level with more than 60 million yuan ($9.9 million) in research funding.

What do you want to say to graduates of the university this year?
