Sino-French relations reach golden year
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations, the Night of China will be held at the Grand Palace in Paris on the evening of Jan 27. Artists from both countries will present an exciting performance of images, sounds and lights. Lang Lang's piano solo will open the ceremony, which will close with electronic music by French and Chinese DJs. Equestrian performances by French horse trainer Bartabas will pay tribute to the upcoming Lunar New Year of the Horse.
