Johnson & Johnson fights rights to 'OneTouch' mark

By Hao Nan | China Daily | Updated: 2014-01-15 07:20

US healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson may no longer be permitted to use its world-famous "OneTouch" trademark in China after the country's top industry and commerce watchdog ruled to revoke it.

But the company has recently announced that it will appeal the ruling, according to a report from Reuters.

It told China Daily on Tuesday that it "will continue to sell the OneTouch products and provide services to diabetes patients in China" until the final verdict.
