Guangdong will accelerate the development of infrastructure, information resources and innovation to hone its competitive edge in e-commerce, said Liu Zhigeng, vice-governor of Guangdong, during the two-day Guangdong International E-Commerce Conference that opened on Dec 25. Industry insiders and experts suggested that Guangdong adopt a more open policy for e-commerce, which still has great room for development.
