Transportation, greenery and preservation in the 'city of eternal spring'
Kunming in Yunnan province is making wide-ranging plans to transform itself into a famous tourist city worldwide, said a senior official.
The city has come up with a series of plans to upgrade infrastructure in the next two years to speed up transportation, forestation and tourism.
