New Quarry bistro
A new French bistro, Plat du Jour, is the latest addition to the growing dining scene in Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay. The 60-seat restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily and will offer authentic French regional cuisine. In keeping with the restaurant's name, which means "dish of the day", the menu features changing daily specials and was created by David Laris as part of his long-term collaboration with Swire Hotels.
