Human resources center gives Changchun zone advantages

Echoing the central government's overtures toward talent development nationwide, one industrial park in the capital of Northeast China's Jilin province is using innovative techniques to attract high-caliber professionals from abroad.

The Changchun National High- Tech Industrial Development Zone has been on a campaign to improve its base of personnel since 2011, when it opened a special human resources zone, the first of its kind to be established in the province.
