What they say
2013 is a year of changes, renewal and progress for China and for Singapore Airlines. As we enter the 28th year of operations in this country, we continue to invest in new products and services demanded by the Chinese customers. With the year drawing to a close, we pause to count our blessings and remember the good things in life, especially the bonds of friendship and family that matter most. The year's end is a time of family togetherness and celebration. I wish all readers of China Daily a peaceful and restful time.
Chia Chow Hwee, general manager, China at Singapore Airlines
As busy as I am - like other hoteliers - I do follow the holiday traditions, so I will spend Christmas with my beloved family. Of course our guests are equally important. On New Year's Day I will, together with 320 guests, be in the hotel to witness the first New Year's concert organized by our team. I also very much look forward to 2014 - although it will be challenging, I am confident that our perseverance in quality and service will cater to every need of our customers. I take this opportunity to send my best wishes for a joyous festive season!
