A balanced approach is needed to maintain momentum, expert says

Cooperation between Beijing and Nay Pyi Taw should comply with Myanmar's development plans and benefit its people, since the country's political reforms offer equal opportunities to every nation, observers said.

Experts made the observations as Vice-Premier Liu Yandong was in the country on Wednesday to attend the opening ceremony of the 27th Southeast Asian Games.
