Xu Xiaoxue puts on her gown, cap and mask, all of them pure white, and checks the uniform carefully in front of a mirror to make sure not a single hair is left showing.
She reminds her colleagues of the dress code and leaves the disinfection room at Wuliangye Group, one of China's top liquor brands.
For several years, Xu and her female colleagues have never worn makeup, perfume or even skincare products with a fragrance.
