Shantou moves to boost services and high-tech future
Shantou, a port city in the east of South China's Guangdong province, has been making unprecedented efforts to improve its traffic infrastructure this year, local officials said.
Projects under construction include expressways, high-speed rails, harbors and a cross-sea bridge.
