Wuhan Special: Asia-Pacific scholars to ponder hot issues in global health at summit

Nearly 600 scholars and experts from more than 30 countries and regions are now gathering in Wuhan, Hubei province, to discuss the latest development in all major areas of global health at the 45th Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium For Public Health Conference.

Wuhan University, the host of this year's conference, will further deepen its cooperation with both national and international health institutes during the event, organizers said.

Lasting from Oct 24 to 27, the event shows the nation's growing contribution to the cause of global health.
