Qufu govt aims at better service

Civil servants across China were recently ordered to become more efficient in how they serve the public and to address public concerns in a more timely fashion.

But one city in particular has already taken it one step further.

Over the past two years, government departments and public service centers in Qufu, Shandong province, the hometown of Confucius, have established a total of 101 offices called "Do It Now" centers in a bid to provide better governance.
