Tips to cool down

Stay indoors and turn on the air-conditioner. If you don't have an air-conditioner at home, air-conditioned public venues such as cinemas, theaters, libraries and shopping malls may be good choices.
If you have to go out, take plenty of water with you and try to stay in the shade. Wear a visor and use an umbrella to protect yourself from ultraviolet rays. Choose loose, light-colored clothing.
Pull the curtains to block strong sunlight during the day. When it is breezy outside, open doors and windows to lower the indoor temperature at night.
