Video: The Heart Starting Point located in Dujiangyan, Sichuan province, is an organization for people with disabilities. It was founded by Huang Li, a woman who lost both of her legs and one of her arms in the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. Deng Zehong, Huang's husband, became her full-time caretaker. Deng attends to every aspect of his wife's life without complaint. With the support of the Dujiangyan Disabled Persons' Federation and the department of civil affairs, Huang founded the organization, which helps disabled people learn life skills, giving them the opportunity to work and continue contributing to society.
