Stellar cast for Yang family

Ronny Yu, director of horror comedy Bride of Chucky and Jet Li's Fearless, has actresses from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan appearing in his film Saving General Yang, a costume action film to be released on April 4. Based on the story of the legendary generals of the Yang family about 1,000 years ago, the film has a stellar cast that includes Ekin Cheung, Wu Chun, Li Chen and Vic Zhou. They play seven sons and generals in the Yang family, and veteran actress Xu Fan plays their mother.
