Crying all the way to the bank

By Reuters | China Daily | Updated: 2013-01-19 08:16

Companies lining up to demand money after Armstrong's confession, including one that says it's owed $12 million, Reuters writes.

Lance Armstrong's admission that he used performance-enhancing drugs during his cycling career could hurt his bank balance as much as his reputation, with one company demanding $12 million from him.

The Texas-based company, SCA Promotions, said it would sue Armstrong if he did not pay back the $12 million in bonus money it paid out for Tour de France wins.
