Foreign policy to be consistent
In the foreseeable future, China's attention and resources will mainly be dedicated to delivering the promise of a better life. Therefore, China's foreign policy objective is to secure the prospect of peace, said Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Fu Ying on Thursday. "We should first stay the course of our policy of good-neighborliness. It has been proved consistent and successful, and there is no reason for us to waver in this. We should listen more to our neighbors and explain more to make sure we judge and work with each other on clear ground," Fu said at the China Summit hosted by the Economist Intelligence Unit Ltd in Beijing on Thursday.
