Laotian leaders visit
A Laotian economic and trade delegation visited Qingdao on Dec 17. Wang Wenhua, a top local leader, met with the delegation led by Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, secretary-general of the office of the prime minister of Laos. The two sides will cooperate on the rubber industry and build an ASEAN economic and trade complex in Qingdao.
