Among the 79 public housing projects since 2006 in Wuhan, Hubei province, 50 have been found to have severe quality problems such as leaks and cracks, said the city's housing administration on Thursday, Wuhan Morning Post reported. Fourteen projects were found to have quality problems in elevators.
