The Ministry of Finance said on Friday it will issue 41.6 billion yuan ($6.6 billion) in bonds on behalf of some local governments.In an issuance plan, the fifth of its kind this year, the ministry said it will auction a total of 20.6 billion yuan of three-year local government bonds on Sept 14 for the governments of the Tibet autonomous region, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Dalian city and Guizhou, Hebei, Liaoning and Jilin provinces.
