Marine safety key to peace
China should continue to play an active role in constructing a fair and rational marine order and safeguard marine interests through international laws, Chinese officials and experts said in Beijing on Thursday at a conference to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Opening for Signature of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
