Distribution of colleges unfair

Comment on "'Migrant students' to be treated fairly" (China Daily website, Sept 1)

About one-third of China's key colleges, including "211" and "985", are in Beijing, reflecting the unfair distribution of education resources. Only when students across the country take the same college entrance examination and are enrolled on the basis of their scores, not their place of birth, can we guarantee fair education.
