800,000 high-end talents
China plans to nurture 800,000 highly needed talents for industries - including equipment manufacturing, new materials, biotechnology, finance, disaster relief, transportation and social work - from 2011 to 2020. Service industries are in most need of high-end talent, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said after releasing the plan on Friday.
