Chef Chien Hung-wen from the Pearl Liang Chinese restaurant of the Grand Hyatt Taipei is set to tease your tastebuds with delicious Taiwan treats at the Grand Cafe restaurant at Grand Hyatt Beijing until July 15. Chef Chien will prepare mullet roe with garlic and signature rice with pork sauce. He has also brought new dishes, such as red-braised pork in five spices, fresh sea bass prepared with rice wine, and fried crab with sweet-scented osmanthus flower. Authentic Ya Yuan roast duck

Guests can savor authentic Ya Yuan Roast Duck at Kerry Hotel, Beijing, prepared by Chef Yuan Chaoying, who has been roasting crisp, savory duck for 33 years. The duck is served with lotus leaf-shaped pancakes, crisp cakes, spring onion, cucumber sticks, garlic sauce and sugar.
