Employees start at the bottom

Comment on "Chinese students in US coming home for jobs" (China Daily, June 28)

I'm afraid a lot of these students who return home after studying abroad are going to be disappointed with the job market in China as well. In China you still have to start at the bottom like everywhere else. It really doesn't matter whether you have a diploma from a US university or not. That is just how the job market works in almost all economies.
