Investigators looking into a bus blaze that killed 41 people blamed the tragedy on hazardous chemicals carried by a passenger. The accident happened as the vehicle traveled on the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway on July 22. The report added that 32 people are facing Party or administrative disciplinary action, while 10 others have been detained on charges related to the tragedy.
