Hero bus driver's family reserves right to take action against responsible party

Police believe the driver of a truck that lost part of its brake hub - which then smashed into an oncoming bus - was not criminally responsible for the accident.

The driver of the bus, Wu Bin, died shortly after being struck by the 3.5-kg metal shard, and he was called a hero after he first stopped his bus safely to let his passengers off.
