Cao Dewang named top philanthropist

The ninthth China Charity List released on April 27 showed Cao Dewang, president of Fuyao Group, was again the winner of the title Top Philanthropist, China Philanthropy Times reported.

There are three sub-lists - for individuals, enterprises and star charities. As many as 231 philanthropists were named. Their donations amounted to 7.99 billion yuan ($1.3 billion). In order to ensure the objectivity of the data, the list employed six data sources.
