An agreement regarding the film industry has been achieved between China and the United States. China has agreed to increase the annual quota of imported US films from 20 to 34, among which 14 will be mainly in premium formats, such as 3D and IMAX. Furthermore, US studios' share of revenues earned on their films released in China will grow from the previous 13 percent to 25 percent, according to the agreement.

OQING: I hope that this will be an opportunity for Chinese films to improve their quality and the ban on some film subjects could be lifted.

HAIHUQIANJUN: I think this policy change brings good things as well as bad things. What's good is that we could watch more nice foreign films and experience more culture shock, but how the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television is going to cut those imported films remains unknown and I'm worried about it.

SAI_0128: Domestic trash films could finally be driven out of theaters. It is a huge waste to invest money in producing trash of this kind. They should have been kicked out of the market earlier.

Do you have a credit card? In order to secure your credit cards, have you set a complicated password for it? Recently, some bank officials claimed that actually it is more secure not to set a password for a credit card. The Beijing News confirmed the statement from banks, explaining that because once a credit card has been used by an unauthorized person, the owner of the card has to take full responsibility if the card has a password. The bank that issued the card can offer compensation if the card has no password.

SPRING'SKITEWEIBO: If it is true, then I shall cancel my password soon. However, when a credit card is used in an unauthorized way, how can we prove that it is unauthorized? I think this is another problem.

PISCESGZP: The policy changes all the time. What regulation should people follow? What about getting rid of these cards and starting to count cash just like those upstarts?

SHENYANGFEISHENQIANGHUA: I think the banks issuing credit cards should make a phone call to the owner of the card every time a purchase related to the card happens, confirming the user's names and ID number.
