Dangers of gelatin shrimp
Comment on "Shrimps injected with gelatin found in N China" (China Daily website, Feb 15)
I think Chinese law is too merciful in punishing food safety-related criminals. In this way the consumers' health and life have been ignored. Severe punishment is necessary to deter offenders. I hope authorities can pay more attention to food safety issues.
