Star chef explores black truffles
Michelin starred chef Yannick Alleno will be present at his restaurant S.T.A.Y. in Beijing from Jan 6-9. On Jan 7, he will prepare a gala dinner featuring black truffles, pairing the fungus with oyster, sea scallops, duck foie gras, Australian beef sirloin, and chocolate milk in crispy dark chocolate. Each course will be paired with French Champagne or wine. 1,998 yuan plus 15 percent service charge a person.
