20.4 percent year-on-year growth at GM

General Motors reported a 20.4 percent year-on-year sales increase in November to 237,130 vehicles delivered in China, its third-best month in 2011.

Demand remained strong for passenger cars made by Shanghai GM as the joint venture's sales grew 7.6 percent to 113,120 units, while its three-way partnership SAIC-GM-Wuling registered a 40.4 percent increase in sales to 119,133 units.
