Africa, beware of West's ploy
Comment on "Africa: When will the West ever learn?" (China Daily, Dec 1)
The West still regards Africa as its backyard. Since the rise of China is threatening its control over Africa, the West, including its media, has become sensitive and started taking action to protect its vested interests.
