Spirit and values of Olympics promoted

The British Embassy and Corporate Citizenship in Action (CCiA), a consulting agency dedicated to help enterprises practice corporate social responsibility better, co-launched the China Public Welfare Relay Project on Oct 20 in Beijing.

The project aims to promote the values and spirit of the upcoming London 2012 Olympics by offering support and help to Chinese local communities' sporting activities. It will also involve local nonprofit organizations in conducting a series of community activities to demonstrate the spirit. It will travel to cities including Chengdu, Shanghai and Shenzhen and finally return to Beijing in March next year.
