Bountiful buffet

Cafe 99 at Regent Beijing has revamped its a la carte menu to feature a line of signature dishes and comfort foods from around the world, specially prepared by executive chef Lito Song. Favorites include simmered pork necks, char-grilled king prawns and slow-braised beef ribs. The eatery offers a semi-buffet at lunch, which features starters and desserts, and customers can order one dish from the a la carte menu. The buffet costs 188 yuan, plus a 15-percent surcharge per head.
