LeBron James (pictured), Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony have rejected an offer to play in a six-game world tour featuring NBA stars, a move that could jeopardize plans for the global trek set to begin on Sunday.
ESPN, citing unnamed sources, reported on its website on Wednesday that the all-star trio had rejected the plan and their refusal has caused NBA scoring champion Kevin Durant to think twice about playing in the games.
Other stars Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade and Dwight Howard are among the players set to headline the World All-Star Classic on Sunday in Puerto Rico, organizers said on Wednesday.
