Professional hagglers help consumers to save cash
Professional bargainers have recently become popular in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province.
Tan Kang, a 24-year-old professional haggler, said he saved 2,000 yuan ($300) for a resident who signed a contract with a company to decorate her new house.
