Africa offers better bang for the buck

Companies seek higher profits in regional projects

LONDON - Chinese companies can expect higher returns by investing in regional projects in Africa, said Mthuli Ncube, vice-president of the African Development Bank.

"It is important for Chinese businesses to forecast Africa's regional integration, and the historical example of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway shows that it can be done," Ncube said.
