Guizhou Special: Attractions

Guizhou has won an international fame for its rich, unique tourism resources. Among them are the following sites:
The 74.8 km long canyon of Maling River, one of the national scenic sites in Qianxi'nan autonomous prefecture, reaches an elevation of almost 1,200 meters. The precipitous topography combined with waterfalls, ancient buildings, and hot springs has provided a view for eye-feast. The canyon is one of China's 10 top destinations for drafting fans and also the source of China's white-water drafting sports.
Wanfenglin - or Forest of 10,000 Hill Peaks - Park, as its name indicates, boasts a huge reservoir of hills in various shape. The landscape known as Karst terrain also features underground streams, caves, canyons, hot springs and lakes.
