My interview with the lovely lady who is the new chef at the Mexican embassy started a little oddly. Yessica Hernandez and I were closeted in the kitchen pantry, sniffing deliriously at bags of leaves. My part of the conversation, as I remember it, was "Oh, wow, man!"
