Women seeks payout after gauze left in her body
A ball of gauze was found in a woman's abdomen after she gave birth to a son at a hospital in Xiamen, Fujian province.
On July 10, the woman surnamed Ye gave birth at Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but after she went home she felt constant pain in her abdomen. On Aug 11, Ye went back to the hospital, where doctors found a ball of black and smelly gauze in her abdomen.
